Bus door control valve:

In emergency: Open valve cover turn relief valve clockwist, open the door manually

After use: Open inner relief valve clockwist close outer relief valve counterclockwise, keep the door entirely open. Close inner relief valve.

Technical requirements of bus door control valve:

1.Electrical connectors have  to meet the waterproof requirements

2. beautiful appearance, paint coating requirements: YTQ1 Q / ZK JS03-005; corrosion requirements: YTPCC2, Q / ZK JS03-017.2

3. Strict control of shape to fit the dimension  ,all parts are with reliable performance 

4. The hinge joints on the shape need to use stainless steel screws with  thickness not less than 2mm ; use removable screw glue when installation;

5. The hinge on Bleed valve cover  should use the stainless steel screws with thickness not less than M2, inject the screw fastening glue to fix the hinges, deadlock the screws and ensure the screws are slipping.

6. The contact point on the valve cover is 2mm high, to ensure  the contact point can effective control the opening and closing  of the alarming switch 

7.The hinge on the valve cover is  made of stamped stainless steel plate with thickness 1.0mm.  The width of the hinge pin groove is 15mm, no loose.

8. prevent leakage, the seal of bus door control valve is made of: PTFE;

9. The flap opening angles should be not less than 90 degrees

10. The flap gasket should be made of the elastic material, good sealed without leaking.

11.Temperature: -45℃ to 60℃。
