Product introduction

WD-IV type electric out swing bus door system is  the  electric out swing door controller without lift, which is introduced the advanced foreign technology ,well-developed bus door mechanism. It is consist of the electric operator , shaft assembly and bus body lock .The electric actuator use the DC motor as the power source, decelerated by the worm , worm gear and gear, the output axe of operator and shaft rotary, drive the door to move, then achieve the bus door  opening and closing aromatically. The electric control parts is controlled by intelligent microcomputer. Like bus door anti-clamping testing, bus door opening and closing warning sound

When the bus door nearly closed, the main motor speed up to tighten the lock, when bus door opening, the lock motor works, then the opening signal transferred to the main motor, the main motor to ensure the door opening smoothly.

All kinds of Toyota coaster and coaster type coaches, commercial   vehicles,  private coach 

Feature

1 Anti-clamping function: When the electric out swing door is closing, encountered <300N resistance, the door stop automatically.

2. Motor protection function: When the computer board detects the pulser does not work, then cut off  the motor current.

3. Manual: When the automatic bus doors does not work,  turn the handle to position "Manual", then the passenger door can be manually open and close properly.
