Steel bus door panel technical conditions

1.Requires locking reliable, open and close flexible, after the door closed the door fitted flatly 

2.Clearance around the door is 6mm; door and door frame clearance 12mm 

3.Hinge concentricity tolerance is less than 0.85 

Brief description of Driver door and Emergency door:

1. The structure of Driver door are same with Emergency door , uniform the door and frame are made of T1.2 steel.

2. The specific installation location such as the door locks are decided by the bus door hole drawing . 

3.Door production include: door panel, lock, seal strips and other accessories except the glass, frames the structure of door frames can be seen in the profile  drawings can be seen in Cross section .

4.In order to facilitate the door production, It is possible to change  the  of the glass mouth bottom arc to straight glass mouth.
